Kazcomservice LLP has its own branch in Atyrau - a plant for the production of reinforced concrete products. The production capacity of the plant is 50 thousand cubic meters of gross concrete and 30 thousand cubic meters of high-quality reinforced concrete products. Production of reinforced concrete products and ready-mixed concrete
Kazkomservice LLP has its own branch in Atyrau - a plant for the production of reinforced concrete products. The production capacity of the plant is 50 thousand cubic meters of gross concrete and 30 thousand cubic meters of high-quality reinforced concrete products. The plant for the production of reinforced concrete products with an area of 14,140 m2 has:
- a concrete mixing unit manufactured in Germany by WIGGERT with a production capacity of 45 m3 of ready-mixed concrete per hour;
- a precast concrete production workshop that manufactures up to 200 types of reinforced concrete products according to GOSTs and non-standard products made according to individual projects, including a complete complex for the production of 3 to 12 meter piles according to GOST 19804-91;
- rebar shop;
- certified construction laboratory providing a passport for each batch of products;
- warehouses for storing finished products with an area of 4,752 m2, equipped with overhead cranes;
- 2.5 km railway line with railroad warehouses for the storage of cement with an area of 140 m2 and for the storage of inert materials with an area of 8 964 m2 and 4 600 m2;
- repair and mechanical workshop with an area of 550 m2;
- road section with a repair complex with an area of 202 m2;
- a complex of utility buildings and structures, including covered warehouses - 1,250 m2, open warehouses - 24,200 m2, container-type warehouses - 300 m2.

Kazkomservice LLP has its own branch in Kulsary - a metallurgical plant, with a full cycle of recycling scrap metal into a final consumption product. The total volume of produced good is 30 000 tons per year

Asphalt Concrete Production
Kazkomservice LLP has factories for the production of asphalt in the city of Kulsary and in the Tengiz military district. The company produces the following products:
- mixes asphalt concrete road hot porous coarse-grained grades I, II;
- mixes asphalt concrete road hot dense fine-grained type A, B grade I, II;
- crushed stone black fractions of 5-20 mm.
