Kazcomservice LLP was established in 1994 at the initiative of the Tengizchevroil JV with the aim of organizing a modern telecommunications infrastructure capable of providing digital forms of communication: data transmission, telephony and radio trunking in the Tengiz region.

The company covered all new business lines and became a diversified enterprise successfully operating in the Tengiz field in Atyrau and Atyrau region, as well as in Aktobe and Mangystau regions.

Currently, the company has more than a dozen areas of activity, the main of which are:

• design and survey activities, design of engineering systems and networks;
• industrial and civil construction, electrical installation services, in particular the construction of substations and overhead power lines of overhead lines 35kV, 110kV and higher;
• installation of technological equipment, commissioning of emergency protection, monitoring and alarm systems;
• production of reinforced concrete products, ready-mixed concrete, asphalt concrete mixtures and building bars;
• road construction, including turnaround and reconstruction.

Kazcomservice LLP has a certificate of compliance with ISO 14001: 2015 on environmental management in the field of certification of construction and installation works, operation of communication systems and lines, oil and gas facilities, operation of power supply systems and lines, organization of transport services. An equally important and priority direction for the company is a safety and health policy, in confirmation of which the company has a certificate of conformity OHSAS 180001-2007 for occupational safety and health management.
